Tate are working with a local authority in their search for Debt Recovery Administrators on a temporary basis.

You would be joining a new Debt Recovery Team to support with maximising income, reducing debt and minimising recovery times. You would be a crucial part of identifying and delivering rapid improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate a complex area covering debt recovery, taking ownership and responsibility for the end-to-end processes.
  • Identify and pursue debtors through various means including phone calls, emails and letters.
  • Make real time service decisions in response to operational issues in line with local procedures and established guidance
  • Reduce recovery times

Skills/experience:

  • Debt recovery experience
  • Familiarity with debt/financial software.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Understanding of relevant debt recovery laws
