Huntswood is looking for Administrators to assist major asset management company, working on a hybrid basis, two days a week in Bristol. Working in a team you will be processing payments and also updating systems. In this role attention to detail is a must but also good telephony skills as you will to occasionally speak with customers.

Start Date: Monday 25th November 2024

Day Rate: £150 per day - Umbrella only recruitment - This is only available to individuals working via an Umbrella company, we can assist you with this

Location: Bristol - Hybrid working. This hybrid roles requires the first 2 weeks of the project to befull time in the office for training before reverting to two days a week in the office / three days working from home.

Working hours: Monday to Friday 9am to 5:30pm

Duration: Initial contract to the end of January 2025

  • Demonstrable financial services administration experience, ideally within pensions
  • Excellent IT skills, with the ability to work at pace with accuracy
  • Commitment to work at client's office in Bristol and a suitable work space at home with strong broadband connection
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as being able to work as a team
