We are recruiting for a Protection Administrator to join a dynamic and growing team. This role is ideal for individuals with experience in the protection field, supporting Financial Planners and clients with personal and business protection needs. If you have familiarity with iO (Intelligent Office), that's even better!

This position offers flexibility as it is fully remote.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting Financial Planners with the sourcing and implementation of protection policies for personal and business needs.
  • Managing the end-to-end process of protection applications, including liaising with clients and insurers/providers.
  • Generating and issuing application packs, suitability letters, and ensuring all documentation is accurate and compliant.
  • Maintaining accurate client records on internal systems and providing excellent service to both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proactively managing relationships with providers, insurers, and clients to resolve queries and ensure smooth implementation.
  • Handling ad-hoc queries such as policy changes or updates.

Skills and Experience Required:

Essential:

  • Previous experience within the financial services industry, particularly in protection.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and numeracy skills
  • IT literacy and the ability to work with internal systems.

Desirable:

  • Knowledge of iO (Intelligent Office) or similar CRM systems.
