“Success is a process, not an event.” Gary Halbert Sheridan Maine is excited to be working with a prominent Bristol-based organisation who are seeking an Accounts Payable Analyst to join the business on a 3-month fixed-term contract basis. This role offers a fantastic opportunity for an immediately available Accounts Payable professional to join the team in a varied assignment. Key responsibilities as the Accounts Payable Analyst will include:

Handle the complete accounts payable process, including month-end and year-end closing activities.
Perform daily bank reconciliations.
Accurately process accounts payable invoices and credits, meeting strict SLAs.
Manage and execute payment runs.
Reconcile vendor statements.
Efficiently manage inboxes, ensuring timely resolution of queries.

The successful Accounts Payable Analyst will require:

Proven experience in a accounts payable, preferably within a larger organisation.
ERP systems experience.
Analytical mindset.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Spanish language skills are desirable but not essential .
