Accounts Payable Clerk

Citadel Source is recruiting for a full-time accounts payable clerk for a hospitality brand in Bristol City Centre. This is a full-time, permanent role on a hybrid basis (3 days in office).

About you

You will be an experienced Accounts Payable Clerk reporting into the Accounts Payable Manager. You’ll be required to complete end-to-end accounts payable. The role demands a good communicator who is structured, numerate, determined, and able to take the initiative.

The Role

• Ownership of end-to-end purchase ledger process
• Processing supplier bills and credit notes
• Onboarding new supplier - completing credit checks
• Bank and Statements reconciliations.
• Supporting monthly completion of VAT returns
• Support month-end processes (posting journals and balance sheet reconciliations)
• Ad hoc finance-related activities

Requirements

• Experience in a high-volume Accounts Payable function
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• European stakeholder experience
• NetSuite experience (desired)

What the Client has to offer

• A salary level of £26,000 to £29,000
