Your new companyBristol based firmYour new role You will be responsible for day-to-day Accounts Receivable activity. This will involve communication with customers and colleagues across the business.Duties will cover:

  • Reviewing and following up on Accounts Receivable collections and resolving cause of variance
  • Identifying discrepancies and fraudulent transactions and resolving such issues
  • Managing customer dispute process & resolving all customer disputes
  • Providing business support in the production and interpretation of report data
  • Contributing to process improvement initiatives within scope of work
  • Responding to queries from key stakeholders

What you'll need to succeedTo excel in this role, it is expected that you will possess much of the following experience:

  • Significant experience of working in a transactional finance setting with specific demonstrable experience in Accounts Receivable, Collections or Credit Control
  • A good understanding of collections activities and how these support business performance
  • Able to quickly assess policy and procedure in a diverse operation
  • Experience of working in a matrix structure and of communicating across a broad spectrum of stakeholders
  • A high level of diplomacy
  • Highly developed communication skills to be able to provide clear verbal and/or written communications in response to vendor queries
  • AAT (or equivalent) part qualified / MCICM (preferred)
