Job title: Invoice Administrator
Salary: £25-26kpa
Location: Bristol (3 days a week in the office, 2 from home)

Here are a few examples of what your daily tasks would include:
- Processing all trade sales and purchase invoices in order to achieve the Group's financial objectives, in a timely and accurate manner
- Generating sales invoices on a daily basis
- Processing purchase invoices and prepare suppliers' payments on due dates
- Resolve all outstanding queries on suppliers' statements
- General office administration, including answering the telephones
Sound interesting? These are the required skills for the role:
Previous experience in sales or purchase ledger administration
- Excellent computing and numeracy skills
- Great communication skills to be able to effectively liaise with internal and external stakeholders
- Excellent organisational skills
Experience in the following is not essential but will help you in the role:
- Qualified or studying for AAT, or similar
