Robert Half Finance and Accounting are currently looking to recruit a Purchase Ledger Clerk to join a rapidly growing business located in East Bristol. For the right person, the client is offering a very competitive:
Up to £29,000 plus excellent benefits
Role responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- To maintain the Purchase Ledger, answering queries in a timely manner
- Process invoices accordingly, in what can be a high volume environment
- Match invoices to purchase orders
- Maintain supplier details on the system and upload new supplier details
- Statement reconciliations and month-end reconciliations
- Generate weekly creditor reports, making payments (with authorisation) to creditors as soon as possible
- Other ad hoc tasks as and when required
Person specification:
- Experience working in a purchase ledger role
- Good attention to detail and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Team player
