Your new roleYou will join this small finance team as their Purchase Ledger Clerk
- To ensure all the purchase invoices are entered in a timely and accurate manner.
- Full responsible for supplier statement reconciliation.
- Maintain prepayment spreadsheet and monthly prepayment journals.
- Assist in carrying out timely payment runs to meet deadlines agreed with the Purchase Ledger Manager.
- Maintaining fixed assets register and responsible for monthly depreciation journals.
- Month end stock take.
- Ad-hoc analysis.
- Assisting with Year-end audit files and supporting documents.
What you'll need to succeed
- You will need a minimum of 3 years experience of working in purchase ledger
- This role will suit someone who lives and breathes working in AP
- Good 3 way match knowledge
- Experience of using SAGE would be useful
- You must be confident processing high volume invoices
