• 1 x Senior Level - Salary up to £55,000

The Role:

Join a 100+ employee digital and data transformation consultancy operating in the UK Defence industry.

They are currently seeking Business Analysts to join their fast-growing team.

This will be a mixture of remote working, office working and expensed visits to client sites in South England. On average you will be in their Bristol office or on client site 1-2 days a week.

Responsibilities:

• Translate business requirements into detailed project requirements.
• Develop detailed process maps to visualise current and future state workflows, identifying inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
• Bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions.
• Perform thorough gap analysis to highlight discrepancies between business needs and existing technical solutions, recommending strategies to bridge these gaps.
• Create and maintain reports to track project progress and performance metrics.
• Document business processes and workflows.
• Facilitate meetings and workshops with internal and external stakeholders
• Support the sales and bid processes.

Requirements:

• Eligible for SC Clearance.
• Experience working on projects within defence, public sector, or consulting.
• Strong research, analysis and presentation skills.
• Experience in conducting user journey mapping and stakeholder interviews to gather requirements.
• Experience with fixed budgets and strict timelines.
• Demonstrated ability to perform gap analysis and develop actionable recommendations.
• Hands-on experience with process improvement methodologies.
• Experience in managing business change initiatives.
• Excellent communication skills.
