Im working with a fast-growing consultancy in the Environmental Compliance sector, specialising in managing risks like asbestos and legionella. Theyre looking for a Business Development Executive to join their supportive sales team and play a key role in the companys continued growth.


As a Business Development Executive, you will:

  • Researching and identifying potential new business opportunities.
  • Building and nurturing strong relationships with prospective clients.
  • Assisting with bid submissions and tender documentation to help secure new contracts.
  • Keeping data organised and up to date using a CRM system (experience with Workbooks or similar is a bonus).
  • Collaborating with the sales team to implement strategies and exceed targets.

To be successful, you will need:

  • Previous experience in sales or telesales.
  • A confident communicator who thrives on building relationships, particularly over the phone.
  • Strong IT skills, with experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
  • Someone who is highly organised, detail-oriented and comfortable managing multiple tasks.
  • Awareness of sales and prospect strategies.
  • A proactive, self-motivated individual whos keen to learn and grow.
  • A degree in a relevant field is desirable, but a positive attitude and enthusiasm are even more important!
  • Full UK driving license.


Bonus Points:

  • Familiarity with the environmental compliance/construction sector or selling into these markets.
