Real Recruitment are supporting our client to recruit a Business Development Executive for their fabulous telephone-based Account Management team, where you will be responsible for creating both new business / sales opportunities as well as developing existing customer accounts.
This is a full time, permanent that comes with Hybrid working options following training with their offices situated close to Bradley Stoke, Bristol
Salary: Basic salary of £28,000 - £30,000 DOE + Commission 38k OTE

As a Business Development Executive, you will strive to achieve and exceed personal revenue and margin targets by managing inbound enquiries, as well as generating your own sales leads through conducting market research and outbound calling activities:
Manage and maintain a portfolio of accounts
Achieve & exceed revenue targets and margins
Respond to inbound calls and emails
Perform effective telephone-based calls to generate new business opportunities (Warm & Cold)
Maintain accurate data within the CRM
Working Hours: 40 hours per week | Monday to Friday
