Juice Recruitment is delighted to be working with a growing retail business, with the appointment of a Business Development Executive to join their growing team.
The successful candidate will be calling prospective customers who have enquired or requested a brochure, offering extensive product knowledge with the overall objective of booking an appointment for an experienced sales advisor to offer an inhouse demonstration and quote. There is absolutely no cold calling, it will be following up on warm leads to customers expecting a phone call and looking for more information.
Key Responsibilities:
- Outbound calls to people enquiring about the products.
- Responding to leads from the website and adverts.
- Booking sales appointments.
- Understanding the customer needs and suggesting suitable products.
Skills required:
- Sales or business development experience is highly desirable.
- Confident communicator with the ability to build a professional yet relaxed rapport.
