Based in either London or Bristol, a modern, progressive and commercially-oriented international law firm law firm, with a dynamic and enterprising approach, is hiring a Senior Client Development Executive to help drive the profitable growth of their largest and most complex clients.

You will be joining a collaborative and creative environment, which is flexible, transparent and friendly in a role offering plenty of opportunity to learn and progress. The firm are seeking a Senior Client Development Executive to join their expanding Client Development team, to support their Insurance Key Account Programme. This position will be ideal for an experienced Client Development Executive ready for the next step, or a Senior Client Development Executive seeking a new challenge in shaping the growth of the firm's largest and most dynamic group. Working closely with senior stakeholders and enjoying high visibility, you will work with Key Account teams to implement structured processes, embed best practices and ensure consistency across all relationship activities. Proactively managing budgets and ensuring optimal return on investment for business development initiatives, events and sponsorships, you will lead on a number of key client relationships, supporting effective account management, maximising revenue growth and identifying cross-selling opportunities. The successful applicant will act as a strategic advisor to partners, understand and develop the needs of clients, maximising opportunities, and challenge partners on the delivery of short-term objectives whilst driving progress towards long-term client vision. Surrounding this, the role holder will steer research projects and foster strong internal and external communication channels, to increase awareness and encourage collaboration, and will also assist in the preparation of compelling pitches and proposals and oversee the planning and execution of key account events.

Self-motivated and proactive, the ideal candidate will possess excellent operational management and project coordination skills, together with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships at all levels. The Senior Client Development Executive will have proven experience in client relationship or business development roles within either the insurance or professional services sectors, to include demonstrable success in thinking commercially and strategically to offer innovative solutions which drive client engagement and satisfaction. Highly organised, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines, it is essential applicants possess strong research and analytical skills and enjoy identifying market trends and translating insights into actionable strategies.
