- Manage the M&A pipeline to support transaction flow
- Coordinate information requests to ensure efficiency
- Support sellers and brokers throughout the due diligence process
- Collect and present due diligence reports for board sign-off
- Collate management information and prepare presentations for board reporting
- Maintain up-to-date and accurate data in the back-office CRM system
- Work closely with departments to support business integration
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and procedures
About you:
- Strong understanding of acquisitions in a financial services
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organisational and prioritisation skills with the ability to work to deadlines
- Problem-solving ability and commercial acumen
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Confident working under pressure and managing multiple stakeholders
