This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive and ambitious professional looking to develop their career within a fast-paced, evolving environment.Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the M&A pipeline to support transaction flow
  • Coordinate information requests to ensure efficiency
  • Support sellers and brokers throughout the due diligence process
  • Collect and present due diligence reports for board sign-off
  • Collate management information and prepare presentations for board reporting
  • Maintain up-to-date and accurate data in the back-office CRM system
  • Work closely with departments to support business integration
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and procedures

About you:

  • Strong understanding of acquisitions in a financial services
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong organisational and prioritisation skills with the ability to work to deadlines
  • Problem-solving ability and commercial acumen
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
  • Confident working under pressure and managing multiple stakeholders
