This is a specialist position based in Bristol for a leading global business that is looking to hire on an FTC basis for 18 months. The position will focus on leading and managing the companies approach to their Performance Management Strategy.
The company has recently been through major change, refreshing the People Agenda and how they operate as a business. As a consequence of this change this role will design and deliver a new performance management process aligned to the people strategy and values. Ultimately this is about embedding and driving a high performance culture, aligning this to values and behaviours and ensuring the right communication and delivery. This will involve building relationships with key stakeholders and HR colleagues to understand business requirements, working closely with L&D and the HRIS team, and setting clear expectations of the new performance approach.
The position will suit either an HR Business Partner who has led on a significant company wide performance management programme/has embedded a successful performance management system or an HR Performance Management Specialist who would enjoy a project role. The ability to engage with a senior leadership team, understand the business and its requirements and be able to evidence the design and implementation of a performance strategy within a complex business is critical.
The position comes with an excellent £salary and benefits and offers hybrid working from a central Bristol location. It's an FTC for 18 months (this may extend to 2 years) and therefore you will need to be able to start in the next month or two.
