The position requires a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, along with branch budget and profit and loss responsibility.
The salary for the Area Manager / Operations Manager is approximately £40,000, plus an annual bonus equivalent to two months' salary, along with pension, benefits, and a car allowance.

The Area Manager / Operations Manager salary is circa 40k + an annual bonus (2 month salary) plus pension and benefits and car allowance
