Are you passionate about the restaurant industry and ready to take the next step in your career? An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our growing independent restaurant business as an Area Manager. We are seeking a dynamic and hands-on professional who can lead, inspire, and grow with us.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the operations of multiple restaurant locations, ensuring smooth day-to-day running.
- Lead and motivate teams to deliver exceptional customer service and operational excellence.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive growth and profitability.
- Analyze financial reports, control costs, and identify opportunities to enhance performance.
- Work closely with restaurant managers to develop and train staff, building high-performing teams.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food hygiene standards across all sites.
- Act as a brand ambassador, maintaining and improving our reputation within the local community.
About You:
- Proven experience in restaurant or hospitality management, across multiple locations.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and mentor teams.
- Financially astute, with the ability to manage budgets, control costs, and drive revenue growth.
- Hands-on and pragmatic, with a can-do attitude and attention to detail.
- Passionate about great food, service, and creating memorable dining experiences.
- Self-motivated, with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Expereince in Restaurant openings would be an advantage
