An award-winning multi-academy trust is seeking a dedicated School Business Manager to join their team. This is a temporary position for a six-month contract, with potential to develop into a permanent role offering flexible hours for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

• Focus on school finance and provide essential support to enhance the capacity of our finance team.
• Oversee budgeting and financial management within the trust.
• Collaborate with the senior leadership team to ensure compliance with financial regulations.
• Assist in developing financial strategies to support our educational mission.

Requirements:

• Qualified with a school business management qualification (CSBM) or similar diploma.
• Experience in school finance is essential; previous experience as a School Business Manager is ideal.
• Enhanced DBS check required.
• Ability to provide two references.

Working Arrangements:

• Initial preference for on-site work; hybrid options may be considered.
