TristoneNash are working with a provider of social housing, who are looking to recruit an Asset & Facilities Manager on a permanent basis.

The Asset & Facilities Manager is responsible for managing the non-domestic assets of the organisation which comprise of the offices, community hubs, commercial premises and multiuse buildings.

Duties will include leading on commercial site Health & Safety, security, lease management, business continuity and facilities management, as well as playing a key role in creating and enhancing the environmental sustainability efficiencies,

As you will be working with colleagues from across the business to achieve the set goals and solve problems, good communication skills with a flexible and proactive approach are essential.

The ideal candidate will

  • Have proven experience in building services and a technical understanding of asset management.
  • Be able to demonstrate involvement in leading large-scale facilities projects, procurements and managing contractors.
  • Possess Budget management skill

Due to the nature of this role, a full driving licence with access to your own car is required.
