The client is a leading development and construction company they provide comprehensive Facilities Management services, including mechanical and electrical engineering support, cleaning, catering, and grounds maintenance.

They are looking for a Premises Assistant to join one of our Schools in Bristol. The role ensures Building Services operational delivery performance aligns with contract obligations and business processes, delivering services with high customer satisfaction and ensuring compliance.

What you'll do:

Manage Premises Assistance in providing all related services within the school location.

Work with Lead engineers to ensure both reactive and PPM works are completed within the specified timeframe.

Comply with all statutory and regulatory requirements, including Health and Safety legislation and safe systems of work.

Ensure all planned and reactive maintenance is carried out as determined by the contract PPM plan, SLA’s, KPI’s, and line manager.

Manage and oversee the delivery and control of materials and stock to ensure budgets are maintained while having sufficient stock of parts and materials to minimize potential for unavailability or service performance deductions.

What you'll bring to the role:

Experience in FM service delivery

Sound knowledge of H&S Legislation and COSHH

ISOH Managing Safely

Experience in building maintenance systems
