Key responsibilities will include:

Manage building amenities professionally for occupier's satisfaction, ensuring a welcoming environment and service standards.

Foster occupier engagement and community building through forums like occupier meetings and events.

Conduct regular contract meetings with suppliers, assessing performance through KPIs.

Setting Service Charge budgets.

Address service/maintenance issues promptly and ensure accurate property information is available.

Ensure all property works adhere to health and safety regulations.

Support implementation of national/regional FM service strategies.

Overseeing the maintenance of building fabric and plant.
Our client is looking for an established building manager who relishes the opportunity of a platform to have your ideas heard and build a first-class FM service. You'll have an IOSH or NEBOSH qualification to support your H&S experience.
