Facilities Coordinator 

Location: Bristol, BS14

Salary: Experience Dependant

Contract: Full-time, Monday – Friday (8:30am – 5:00pm)

Start Date: ASAP (Interviews will take place immediately)

Overview:

We are seeking two Facilities Coordinators to join our team. You will play a key role in the day-to-day management of contractors, handling purchase orders, invoicing, and scheduling works for engineers. The ideal candidate will have experience using a CAFM system (Proteon experience is a plus) and be comfortable managing works in progress.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the day-to-day management of contractors
  • Raise purchase orders and handle invoicing
  • Liaise with engineers and schedule their work
  • Manage and monitor works in progress
  • Use the CAFM system Proteon to manage tasks and workflows

Ideal Candidate:

  • Experience in a similar role (contract support or facilities coordination)
  • Proficient in using CAFM systems, ideally Proteon
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Strong ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
