Facilities Coordinator
Location: Bristol, BS14
Salary: Experience Dependant
Contract: Full-time, Monday – Friday (8:30am – 5:00pm)
Start Date: ASAP (Interviews will take place immediately)
Overview:
We are seeking two Facilities Coordinators to join our team. You will play a key role in the day-to-day management of contractors, handling purchase orders, invoicing, and scheduling works for engineers. The ideal candidate will have experience using a CAFM system (Proteon experience is a plus) and be comfortable managing works in progress.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with the day-to-day management of contractors
- Raise purchase orders and handle invoicing
- Liaise with engineers and schedule their work
- Manage and monitor works in progress
- Use the CAFM system Proteon to manage tasks and workflows
Ideal Candidate:
- Experience in a similar role (contract support or facilities coordination)
- Proficient in using CAFM systems, ideally Proteon
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Strong ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
