The Role: P4 Recruitment are working together with a charity who aspires to be the leader in the delivery of knowledge and expertise to older people who come into contact with the criminal justice system who are looking for a dedicated, reliable and passionate individual to join the team as a Service Manager/Buddy Lead.
About the role:
As a Service Manager/Buddy Lead you will be responsible for overseeing and managing a team of co-ordinators who implement the Buddy Peer Support and Activities Hub. You will provide high quality, innovative, holistic, responsive support, advice and intervention to ensure the needs of those who have health and social care need are supported.
The ideal candidate:
- Have experience in managing and coaching staff
- Ability to work effectively with minimum supervision and build strong relationships with other stakeholders.
- Great communication and organisation skills with a creative flare and a need to make a difference every day
- Experience working with older people in a similar setting
