The Role

As the Site Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire facilities management operation at a high-profile site.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement FM strategy, monitor service performance, and manage financial tracking for budget compliance
  • Act as the primary contact between customers and service providers, fostering strong relationships
  • Oversee supply partner delivery and ensure adherence to service level agreements and key performance indicators
  • Conduct continuous improvement reviews and ensure site audits meet statutory compliance
  • Train and induct colleagues, addressing HR issues and responding promptly to emergencies
