Clearview Recruitment are thrilled to be working with a well-established agency, offering financial services based in North and East Bristol. Our client is looking for an experienced Financial Services Consultant to join their network and provide expert mortgage and life insurance advice. This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a dynamic business, with long-term career progression opportunities, including a pathway to a director-level position.

Role Overview:

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing mortgage and life policy referrals across two primary offices, with opportunities to expand their reach across a wider network. This role is full-time and offers a structured performance-related earn-in programme, providing a clear route to leadership.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Writing mortgages for all referred clients in a timely manner
  • Arranging life insurance policies for all referred clients
  • Seeking mortgage offers to support current and future property purchases
  • Providing outstanding customer service and maintaining strong client relationships
  • Working closely with the sales and lettings teams to maximise financial service opportunities
  • Managing and prioritising a busy caseload efficiently
Skills and Qualifications:
  • Fully qualified in financial services (e.g., CeMAP or equivalent)
  • Demonstrates exceptional customer service skills
  • Strong time management and organisational abilities
  • Excellent telephone manner and communication skills (written & verbal)
  • Personable, approachable, and able to build relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Full UK driving licence and own car required (mileage paid)
Package and Benefits:
  • Salary: £30,000+ (depending on experience), realistic OTE of £50,000 - £60,000+
  • 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays (increasing with service)
