Our client is looking for an experienced Financial Services Consultant to join their network and provide expert mortgage and life insurance advice. Role Overview:The successful candidate will be responsible for managing mortgage and life policy referrals across two primary offices, with opportunities to expand their reach across a wider network. This role is full-time and offers a structured performance-related earn-in programme, providing a clear route to leadership.
Key Responsibilities:- Writing mortgages for all referred clients in a timely manner
- Arranging life insurance policies for all referred clients
- Seeking mortgage offers to support current and future property purchases
- Providing outstanding customer service and maintaining strong client relationships
- Working closely with the sales and lettings teams to maximise financial service opportunities
- Managing and prioritising a busy caseload efficiently
- Fully qualified in financial services (e.g., CeMAP or equivalent)
- Demonstrates exceptional customer service skills
- Strong time management and organisational abilities
- Excellent telephone manner and communication skills (written & verbal)
- Personable, approachable, and able to build relationships with clients and colleagues
- Full UK driving licence and own car required (mileage paid)
- Salary: £30,000+ (depending on experience), realistic OTE of £50,000 - £60,000+
- 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays (increasing with service)
