Juice Recruitment is delighted to be supporting an established and successful umbrella services organisation, with the appointment of an Inbound Sales Advisor to join their well-established team. They are moving into brand new, modern offices in Central Bristol, offering a roof terrace, gym facilities and onsite café. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your professional skillset in a fast-paced and supportive sales environment. They need an enthusiastic and proactive individual who can hit the ground running, confident hitting targets and looking to progress to an Account Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engaging with new customers over the phone to help them select the best service
- Handling ongoing queries from existing clients and customers, covering everything from pensions to tax rebates
- Data entry and database upkeep
- Keeping external partners updated on referrals and client progress
- Maintaining accurate records and updating databases high conversion rates and proactively securing new business
You will have:
- Previous call centre / complaint handling experience
- Good numeracy skills and Microsoft Office knowledge (e.g. Excel)
- A professional telephone manner and confidence building excellent customer relationships.
Benefits:
- Monday - Friday, 37.5 hours per week
- £3.5k pa OTE potential after probation
- 22 days holiday (plus bank holidays) increasing 1 day pa
- Hybrid working option upon successful probation (3 days office, 2 days home)
