What You'll Be Doing

- Handling calls and emails to assist with client queries and issues.
- Managing contracts, timesheets, and login troubleshooting.
- Directing inquiries to umbrella companies as needed.
- Maintaining and cleaning internal databases for accuracy and efficiency.
- Developing and enhancing the customer feedback part of our service.
You'll be the go-to person for keeping things running smoothly, with plenty of opportunity to make an impact.
