Join a bustling Print business in North Bristol as a Customer Service Manager. This role is perfect for someone with exceptional customer service skills or account management experience, ideally with a background in managing a small team. While experience in the print industry is advantageous, it is not essential for candidates who have previously held a customer service manager position. You will be leading a team of 4 customer service advisors.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Manage a team of 4 customer service advisors who are responsible for looking after key accounts and providing estimates for print jobs.
  • Oversee the daily operations of the customer service department to ensure efficiency and high standards of client service.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve overall customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Monitor team performance, providing coaching and feedback to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Handle complex customer service issues and escalate them appropriately.
  • Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and enhance service delivery.
  • Conduct regular team meetings to update members on best practices and continuing expectations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Customer Service Manager or in a similar managerial role.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle high-pressure situations and make decisions quickly.
  • Experience in the print industry is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Proficient in using customer relationship management (CRM) software.
