This client is deeply involved in advancing aerospace technology and high-performance manufacturing, with a strong focus on workforce development and employee relations.

The Role:

This role is for a dynamic Senior HR Advisor who will be working within the Social Policy and Industrial Relations team, where you will provide expert advice on legal and policy matters, with a focus on employment law and its implementation within the organisation.

You'll be responsible for:

  • Provide advice on legal issues and policies related to employment law.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships across various business functions.
  • Contribute to policy writing and ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations.
  • Offer guidance on the implementation of employment law across the organisation.
The Individual

We're looking for people who can show:

  • CIPD Level 5 qualified or possess a legal qualification.
  • A minimum of 5 years' HR experience, ideally within a manufacturing or aerospace environment.
  • Strong understanding of employment law, with the ability to implement this in practice.
  • Experience in stakeholder management and policy writing.
  • Legal experience would be beneficial but not essential
