We are delighted to be assisting a beautiful countryside gastropub, tucked away in a charming village near Bristol. They are searching for a passionate Head Chef to bring their culinary vision to life and lead their kitchen with creativity and flair.

- £40,000 per annum plus £8,000 service charge
- Working 45 hours per week
- Cooking with fresh, locally sourced ingredients

Responsibilities as the Head Chef
- Creating a variety of stunning dishes from the gastropub's ever-changing seasonal menus
- Having full autonomy over the menu and curating a menu of delicious dishes
- Making the most of the kitchens access to fresh, locally sourced ingredients
- Passing on your knowledge and expertise to the more junior chefs in the brigade
As Head Chef, you will have full autonomy over the menu and will be responsible for creating a variety of fresh high-quality dishes for up to 100 covers at lunchtime over the weekend and 100 covers at dinner services.
