Due to continued growth, an additional Account Manager is required in the clients services team, for an international business near Central Bristol.

As Account Manager, your responsibilities will cover a number of different tasks and projects relating to print, direct mail, and international distribution.

About you:

Previous Account Management experience is essential. Any knowledge of mailing, print or production would be ideal but open to any Account Management experience where you have managed projects and clients needs.

Backgrounds where you have purchased products, dealt with fulfilment or similar can be considered.

You’ll be proactive, enthusiastic, a team player, able to adapt and find solutions to problems.

Plus, excellent IT skills!

Typical duties:

Onboarding new clients,

Quote jobs and ensure they are managed efficiently.

Managing a variety of print and mail clients on a weekly basis, providing quotes and managing jobs from brief to despatch.

Liaising with collections and exports team

Proactively monitoring client activity and spend while looking for opportunities to grow and develop the accounts.

Assist the the client service team to ensure all tasks and requests are dealt with efficiently and effectively
