Excellent Foodservice Wholesaler seeking to add to their team

LOCATION: Bristol, Gloucester, Taunton, Southampton, Salisbury, Swindon

We have developed from servicing a loyal account base regionally to almost National coverage and our comprehensive range include frozen, ambient and chilled lines.

This diverse range allows to be able to provide a one stop solution to clients in both the profit and cost sector including pubs, clubs, restaurants, hotels, education and healthcare.

Due to continued growth of our business through acquisition we are seeking to add to our successful sales team a further strong foodservice industry sales professional.

THE ROLE:

This position is a key role within our team and strategy post pandemic.

We have seen phenomenal growth over the last 6 months and are seeking to develop this further with the addition of a BDM/KAM.

This position will involve pro-actively exploring new business opportunities across our coverage area and securing new accounts of multisite/large independent site level.

Once on board you will maintain relationships with these clients and further develop the relationship growing increased share of wallet.

Our product range is comprehensive and services levels excellent - which we feel provides the perfect platform for winning new customers on board - at a time when many hospitality sites are reviewing their current suppliers.

This is an exciting opportunity which has both potential to grow further and offers a strong commission scheme for the successful candidate.

THE APPLICANT.

The successful candidate will be a strong sales professional with experience within the foodservice sector with a flair for new business.

  • The successful candidate will preferably have strong experience working within Foodservice and a passion for new business.
  • Candidates with strong experience in other disciplines selling to the hospitality/OOH sector will also be considered.
  • Candidates are required to be able to deal at all levels from Chef/Contract catering manager through to buyer/procurement.
  • Candidates also need to be effective account managers, with the ability to grow share of wallet within accounts once on board.
