This award-winning, travel business is looking for a Business Development Manager, to join their hugely successful business which has offices throughout Europe. Over the last few years, this business has grown both in customer revenue and business acquisition and has even greater plans to dominate the niche sector in which it operates.

Job Description:

In this role, you will support business growth by identifying new opportunities, building strategic relationships across North UK, and promoting the company to potential partners.

  • Identify and target potential clients through research, networking, and industry events
  • Generate leads using social media, outbound calls, email campaigns, and referrals
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of high-quality prospects
  • Develop trusted relationships to provide excellent service and support
  • Conduct site visits to engage potential clients and showcase opportunities
  • Professionally present and promote the business to encourage new partnerships
  • Utilise data-driven insights to optimise outreach and conversion strategies
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align business goals and market approach
  • Maintain accurate records of prospects and progress within CRM systems

Experience Required:

  • Previous proven experience in sales/business development within property, holiday lets, lettings, estate agency
  • Your communication and presentation skills are outstanding
  • Proven talent for building and nurturing professional relationships
  • Skilled in identifying customer needs and positioning solutions effectively
  • Ability to build trust and credibility across diverse audiences
  • Strong negotiation skills to secure deals while maintaining margins
  • Confident in handling objections and turning them into opportunities
  • Creative problem-solver, leveraging product benefits to drive sales
  • Experienced in using CRM systems and sales tools to manage leads and optimise pipelines
