- Previous experience in a leadership role, with a passion for both positive impact and growth and previous track record taking an agency from circa £3m to circa £10m (or a similar journey)
- The ideal candidate will have worked for an agency rather than founding their own, and understands the nuances of managing existing teams through an ambitious stage of growth, working closely with a Founder or CEO.
- You may have the Chief Growth Officer (CGO) job title currently, or might be called a Sales & Marketing Director, Commercial Director, General Manager, MD or be a heavily experienced Client Service Director
- Whatever your job title, you’ll bring strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate vision into actionable plans as well as exceptional leadership and team-building abilities, with a passion for nurturing talent and fostering a positive work environment.
- You’ll inspire and influence at all levels, playing the role of an integrator to things done.
