Do you have previous experience working with CRM systems? Do you have strong data analysis skills and GDPR knowledge?Our client, a leading Top-100 UK law firm, is looking for a CRM Executive to join their team in Bristol.Your responsibilities will be:
- Support the CRM Strategy and Insights Lead to improve the success of our marketing, business development and client management efforts
- Contribute to the customisation and development of the firm's new CRM system
- Build relationships across the firm to understand roles, priorities, business objectives and how CRM can assist
- Develop reports and dashboards to support adoption and usage
- Providing first level response to queries
- Maintaining end user accounts, proxy access and security settings
- Ensuring our data is clean, up-to-date and GDPR compliant
Your skills:
- Previous experience working with CRM systems
- Previous experience of working in professional services
- Understanding of client development and the wider business development and marketing mix
- Data management and data analysis skills
- Proficient in MS Office including demonstrable advanced Excel knowledge
- Strong understanding of GDPR and data processing on digital platforms
