 Working for a prestigious company in Aztec West, we are looking for a full time Customer Relationship Manager role. Excellent rewards and bonus (approx. £2.5k per quarter but this is uncapped so you can earn a lot more) with £30k basic. You much be a real people person with B-2-B account manager experience. This role is working from the office within a fun, friendly hardworking team! 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday

Duties: To effectively manage existing customers to achieve revenue growth, and the development of new business through targeted sectors within a specified region

Main Duties:• Meet or exceed set sales targets• Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers to optimise business growthand to achieve a high level of satisfaction as measured within Net Promoter Score (NPS)• Conduct proactive calls to existing customers and business development calls to dealers• To work with Field Sales and arrange site visits upon request and/or where necessary toachieve maximum profitability• Liaising with customers on order progression/stock availability/lead time• To provide support/cover to team colleagues and sales coordinators where necessary• Deal with all customer queries efficiently and effectively• To actively seek to increase the uptake of additional products and services• Advise customers on forthcoming product developments and discussing specialpromotions• Make accurate cost calculations and provide customers with formal quotations in line with business expectations• Report on activity through CRM management and maintain accuracy of pipeline• Gain a clear understanding of customers businesses and requirements• Create account development plans in conjunction with Field Sales• To work with the Commercial team in protecting and developing profits for the channel• Attend training to develop relevant knowledge, techniques, and skills as required• Attend site visits where required• Monitor and report on competitor activities and provide relevant information• To attend industry exhibitions and networking events where required, feeding anychanges on market and buying activity back to the business• Other tasks as and when requiredSkill and Experience:• Must have previous experience within a sales role or sales administration role• Excellent communication skills at all levels
