Juice Recruitment is delighted to be working with a growing retail business, with the appointment of a Customer Relationship Manager to join their sales team in Bristol.

You will be driving business growth and build strong, lasting customer relationships. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated, target-driven individual to take ownership of customer accounts, maximise revenue, and unlock new opportunities across a dedicated region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Nurturing and growing customer relationships, increasing customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Conducting outreach to existing clients and new prospects.
  • Partner with Field Sales teams to optimise site visits and deliver profitability.
  • Attentive to customer needs, updating them on their orders, stock and lead times with seamless communication.
  • Promoting additional products and services to maximise every opportunity and advising on upcoming products and promotions.
  • Maintaining the CRM database and provide actionable insights.
