Ecommerce Marketing Manager

We’re looking for an experienced and proactive Ecommerce Marketing Manager to help drive the success of our direct-to-consumer brands.  There are a number of brands and with international growth in play, this is a great opportunity to join the organization at this time of significant

In this key role, you'll work closely with the Marketing Director to co-create and execute growth strategies, oversee day-to-day marketing activities, and manage multiple e-commerce platforms. Your focus will be optimizing performance across various channels to meet short- and long-term goals, all while delivering exceptional user experiences and driving conversions.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver strategies for growth across our ecommerce channels.
  • Optimize channel performance to meet ROAS goals.
  • Analyze metrics like customer lifetime value and acquisition performance.
  • Constantly test and optimize user experiences to boost conversions.
  • Collaborate with the Comms Executive on customer segmentation and automations to drive retention.
  • Manage SEO, paid digital (Google/Meta), and affiliate strategies.
  • Work with PPC, SEO, and development agencies to ensure they meet performance targets.

Likely experience

  • Strong commercial experience in ecommerce, with a data-driven mindset.
  • Highly analytical, with expertise in continuous testing and optimization.
  • Experience working with luxury or highly visual brands.
  • Familiar with the challenges of marketing attribution and ROAS.
  • Hands-on experience with platforms like Shopify, Magento, or WordPress.
