The Role
As the Head of Inside Sales, you will be responsible for overseeing a large sales team, managing a total headcount of 40, whilst driving both cold and warm lead initiatives. You will develop and implement strategies to improve pipeline generation, conversion rates, and overall sales performance. This is a unique opportunity to shape the direction of a high-performing team and directly contribute to our ongoing success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 40 inside sales professionals.- Oversee both cold and warm lead generation and conversion strategies.- Develop and implement sales plans to exceed revenue targets.- Analyse performance metrics and optimise team efficiency.- Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to align sales strategies.- Ensure consistent achievement of sales targets, KPIs, and growth objectives.- Foster a results-oriented culture that encourages continuous improvement and excellence.
Skills & Experience Required:
- Proven experience in a senior sales leadership role, ideally within a SaaS environment.- Demonstrated success in managing large sales teams and exceeding targets.- Strong leadership and communication skills.- Ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve excellence.- Data-driven mindset with a focus on metrics and performance improvement.- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
