Are you a data-driven marketing expert looking for a role where you can make a real impact? Our client is looking for Marketing Insights Lead to drive growth through data optimisation, customer insights, and innovative marketing technology strategies. You’ll play a crucial role in aligning technology with business goals, enhancing our customer engagement, and helping us achieve ambitious growth targets over the next three years.What you’ll be doing
  • Lead the marketing technology stack – managing tools like the Customer Data Platform (CDP), CRM systems, marketing automation, and analytics tools to drive engagement and revenue growth.
  • Deliver actionable insights by analysing customer data, market trends, and competitor data to shape business strategies.
  • Optimise their CDP – ensure seamless data flow, accurate customer segmentation, and personalised marketing campaigns that enhance customer experience.
  • Drive data-led marketing initiatives – collaborate with marketing, sales, and tech teams to boost customer acquisition, retention, understanding of data and things like event attendance.
  • Create performance dashboards – track marketing ROI, optimise campaigns, and present data-driven recommendations to senior leadership.
What experience you’ll need to apply
  • A minimum of two years of experience in a data-driven marketing role, ideally at Senior/Lead/Manager level
  • Strong background in data insights, predictive analytics, data modelling, and customer segmentation
  • Expertise with Customer Data Platforms (CDP), CRM, and marketing automation tools
  • Proficiency in data visualisation platforms such as Tableau or Power BI
  • Strong commercial mindset with a track record of using data to drive revenue growth
  • Ideally experience in a commercial role within B2B/B2C publishing or media sectors
  • Excellent communication skills
