- A minimum of two years of experience in a data-driven marketing role, ideally at Senior/Lead/Manager level
- Strong background in data insights, predictive analytics, data modelling, and customer segmentation
- Expertise with Customer Data Platforms (CDP), CRM, and marketing automation tools
- Proficiency in data visualisation platforms such as Tableau or Power BI
- Strong commercial mindset with a track record of using data to drive revenue growth
- Ideally experience in a commercial role within B2B/B2C publishing or media sectors
