As a Marketing Manager at St Austell Brewery, you'll support ourbusiness partners by sharing the latest marketing strategies and hospitalityadvancements. You'll thrive on engaging with our partners, understanding theirneeds, and helping them maximise footfall throughout the year. This role isideal for someone who excels in copywriting, is creative in their thinking, andis a true champion of hospitality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop andImplement Annual Marketing Plans: Lead the creation and execution of comprehensivemarketing plans for pubs.
  • ProvideMarketing Content and Ideas: Supply business partners with engaging content andinnovative marketing strategies to optimise key trading opportunities.
  • Collaboratewith Business Development Managers (BDMs):  Work closely with BDMs to ensure effectivemarketing support and value addition in trade.
  • CoordinateOutgoing Promotions and Tenant Support: Manage and oversee all promotionalactivities and support for tenants, ensuring consistent communication andmarketing efforts.
  • Assist inTenant Recruitment Marketing: Support marketing efforts aimed at recruiting newbusiness partners.
  • Manage BPNewsletters: Plan, write, and manage regular newsletters for business partnersusing the CRM, Airship.
  • Organise andSupport Trade Events:  Play a key role inorganising trade events and shows to engage current and potential businesspartners.
  • ProvideDigital Marketing Training: Facilitate and deliver training sessions to helptenants effectively use digital marketing tools and social media.
  • Share IndustryTrends and Insights:  Keep businesspartners informed about the latest industry trends and best practices to helpthem stay competitive.
  •  Action Feedback from BP Sessions:  Ensure marketing outputs are adjusted andimproved based on feedback from business partner sessions and questionnaires.

About you

  • Experiencein marketing, with knowledge of both traditional and digital channels.
  • Previousexperience in the hospitality industry.
  • Provenability to develop and implement marketing and brand plans.
  • Exceptionalcopywriting and communication skills.
  • Strongleadership and organisational skills.
  • Ability tomanage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Passion forhospitality and the Great British pub.
