We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Operations Manager to establish, recruit, and manage our new office in Bristol. As a key player in our growth, you will also contribute to promoting our brand by identifying sales leads and supporting our sales team in converting these into customers in and around the Bristol area.Main DutiesBrand Promotion & Sales Support: Promote the company's brand by sourcing sales leads and collaborating with the sales team to onboard new customers.Team Leadership: Take overall responsibility for recruiting, developing, and managing your team.
