Are you an experienced Marketing specialist ooking for a part-time role within a dynamic environment? Our client, a well-established and growing company based in Avonmouth, is seeking a talented Marketing Manager to join their fast-paced sales and marketing team.

Role Overview

As the Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing all marketing activities, working closely with the Group Sales Director. This is a hands-on role, where you will lead the company's marketing initiatives, including managing digital campaigns, social media strategy, and website updates, alongside planning and delivering promotional activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies in line with the company's branding and business objectives.
  • Manage all aspects of digital marketing, including PPC, SEO, and social media campaigns, liaising with our digital agency to drive lead generation.
  • Oversee the company website, ensuring regular content updates and alignment with brand guidelines.
  • Plan and execute promotional activities, community sponsorships, and charity events.
  • Organise photography, videography, and promotional material for various company events.
  • Work closely with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales goals, focusing on customer acquisition and retention.
Key Skills & Attributes:
  • At least 3 years of marketing experience, with proven ability to manage websites and digital marketing (PPC, SEO, etc.). Craft CMS experience is a plus but not essential.
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X) and content creation.
  • Self-motivated, able to work independently and take ownership of projects.
  • Creative mindset with excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Previous experience in the transport or recycling industry is advantageous but not essential.
