Job Description:

  • Actively promote and sell the company’s range of products to the construction industry including Specifiers, House Builders, LAs, HAs, Distributors and Contractors.
  • Carry out CPD educational presentations to Construction Professionals.
  • Generate product specifications and track to a satisfactory conclusion.
  • Report effectively daily via the CRM system.
  • Build on sales (current and new business) achieving budgeted area targets set.
  • Support and provide excellent customer service and technical back up to the customer base.
  • Liaise and partner with relevant internal Regional Coordinators.
  • Support the customer base both technically and commercially on new and existing projects.

Person Specification:

  • Proven sales experience.
  • Strong construction industry knowledge, especially in building envelopes for residential, non-residential, high-rise, and modular structures. (Training provided.)
  • Valid driving licence.
  • Ability to read architectural drawings.
  • Highly motivated with excellent organisational skills.
  • Strong time management and journey planning abilities.
  • Professional communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Team player with the ability to contribute effectively.
  • Knowledge of Health & Safety regulations.
  • Confident discussing products with construction professionals.
  • Adaptable and eager to contribute to business growth.
