Reed have partnered with a professional services business based in Bristol, recruiting for a Sales Executive on a full time, permanent basis. 

NO COLDCALLING - You will be provided with all leads daily to succeed, calling potential new customers and existing customers advising of the services and products on offer.

UNCAPPED COMMISSION.

FULL product and sales training will be provided for this role. 

Looking to speak with candidates of whom have a background of 12 months in sales, in Insurance, Brokers or similar sectors. 

Whilst training, you will be expected to be in 4 out of the 5 days, with a 3 office/2 home split, on offer after, of which is discretionary. 

35 hour working week, Monday – Friday, you can work 9-5 or 10-6, to service your clients how best fit. 

Duties:Proactively follow up with customers who have expressed an interest in taking out a new product and seek the conversion of these leads into sales.Proactively follow up leads supplied by the company and covert to salesProactively follow up all sales leads via website enquiries and convert to salesRe-contact existing clients with products coming to maturity by offering a new alternative / related product as part of retention strategy Undertake administration activities for new and existing customers.Handle inbound and outbound customer telephone calls, letters and e-mails in respect of new businessTake direct debit details and complete new business application forms over the phoneCreate new business leads within CRM systemInput data accurately and promptly, ensuring customer records are kept up to dateEnsure all customer correspondence is safely stored and available for reference

Requirements:Experience in sales – 12 monthsInsurance background – For example life insurance, brokerage, working with a panel, income protection, life insurance and more
