Here at Reed, we are currently recruiting for a Sales Executive to join our client based in Central Bristol.This role offers a fast-track progression path and the opportunity to be part of a dynamic team that brings internationally recognised trade shows to businesses globally. With a focus on international expansion, this position includes opportunities for extensive travel and involvement in award-winning events.

  • Annual Salary: Between 25 – 40k depending on experience
  • Location: Bristol
  • Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
  • Hours: 8:30am – 5:30pm or 12pm-9pm

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Work alongside an experienced Lead Generator to manage new and existing client business.
  • Generate revenue through exhibition stand sales and sponsorship opportunities, primarily for our USA-based events.
  • Utilise strong communication and negotiation skills to engage clients effectively.
  • Maintain and update client information using CRM software.
  • Handle multiple tasks efficiently under pressure to meet sales targets and deadlines.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years direct sales experience.
  • Self-motivated with a target-driven approach to sales.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and phone-based presentation skills.
  • Experience with CRM software is desirable but not essential.
  • Ability to work flexible hours to accommodate international markets
