Your new companyHays Recruitment is seeking a dedicated and experienced Traffic Marshal with an NPORS qualification and CSCS card to join our team in Bristol. As a Traffic Marshall, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and efficiency of traffic movement on our construction sites.Your new role

  • Directing and managing the flow of vehicles and pedestrians on site.
  • Ensuring the safety of all site personnel and visitors.
  • Communicating effectively with drivers and site staff.
  • Monitoring and controlling access to the site.
  • Reporting any safety hazards or incidents to the site manager.
  • Adhering to all health and safety regulations.
  • Helping out around the site.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Valid NPORS Traffic Marshall certification and Physical CSCS card.
  • Previous experience in a similar role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • High attention to detail and safety awareness.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends if required.
