As a Traffic Marshall, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and efficiency of traffic movement on our construction sites.Your new role
- Directing and managing the flow of vehicles and pedestrians on site.
- Ensuring the safety of all site personnel and visitors.
- Communicating effectively with drivers and site staff.
- Monitoring and controlling access to the site.
- Reporting any safety hazards or incidents to the site manager.
- Adhering to all health and safety regulations.
- Helping out around the site.
What you'll need to succeed
- Valid NPORS Traffic Marshall certification and Physical CSCS card.
- Previous experience in a similar role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- High attention to detail and safety awareness.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends if required.
