Bristol (city centre)
Up to 65,000 plus bonus and hybrid working
You're pretty knowledgeable when it comes to flood risk, having worked your way up in the industry for the past few years. You're in a senior position (or maybe higher), but have hit the ceiling when it comes to your career progression. The next step for you is to take on a Principal or Associate role that comes with the right package and respect that your experience deserves.
Here, you'll be applying your expert knowledge and skills producing flood risk assessments, creating foul and surface water drainage strategies, and delivering a high quality of project alongside the civil engineering and transport planning teams.
The opportunity
You'll have incredible support from like-minded flood risk experts in the London team to begin with, but the goal is to grow a team around you that you can lead and develop. Shape the team how you see fit whilst working your away towards Associate Director and Director level as you leave your stamp on the industry in the region.
Projects you'll be delivering will range from large-scale residential developments, to commercial schemes including retails parks and sports facilities. Working with the most reputable developers in the south-west, you'll also have a strong focus on environmentally-sound design, leading the way on sustainable practices and having a real impact on the landscape around you.
It's an employee-owned company, so you'll not only receive annual profit share bonus, but you'll also have the autonomy to have a genuine say in how the practice moves forward and develops.
This is your chance to take that all-important next step in your flood risk career, with the benefits and rewards that match your experience.
If you have say 5+ years' experience working in flood risk in UK consultancy, we'd love to hear from you.
